A Message from DaySpring Villa
JANUARY: A MONTH OF PRAYER
"Thank you, thank you, thank you! You will never know how much your support of our ministry means to us and how much you are helping us further the kingdom of God.
We would like to invite you to partner with us in another area of our ministry- PRAYER! We are writing to let you know that we need prayer, we covet your prayers, and we are starting an organized way for churches to partner with us in prayer.
We are asking our faithful church to adopt a month to pray for the needs of Dayspring Villa. We know that we are totally dependent on the power of prayer to accomplish anything and we would love for you to join us on a regular basis. Aspen Park’s month is January!
Here are some ways that you can be praying for Dayspring Villa:
Pray that the staff will be people of the Word and will have a strong relationship with the Lord on a regular basis.
Pray for volunteers. Pray that they will feel appreciated and that more volunteers will come and help the ministry.
Pray for the women that are staying at DaySpring Villa. Pray for safety, wise decisions, health, and openness to hear the gospel.
Pray for the children that are at Dayspring Villa. Pray that they will feel safe, protected, and have good education experiences. Pray that they will hear the good news of the gospel.
Pray for the finances of DaySpring Villa. Pray for grants to be awarded, for more churches, companies, and individuals to give on a regular basis.
Pray for Mother's Helper, our consignment store. Pray that it will meet physical and spiritual needs of the community and that it will continue to generate income for Dayspring Villa.
Pray for Susan Cox, the executive director. Pray that she will be led by the Spirit in all decisions.
Pray for the Board of Directors. Pray that they will be unified, that the right people woule be placed on the board, and that they will be people of prayer in making decisions.
