God's Promise for a Changed Life

Everyone needs the support of God sometimes; It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. We all have times when we need a platform to help us deal with things that come our way. That's why Bro. David's current series of messages Standing on the Promises looks at God's promises and what He can bring to us. This week we look at 2 Corinthians 5:14-17 for information on how to change our lives.

Can a person change? Can you change? Yes! Your ways, thoughts, goals, motives, and life can all change through Jesus. You can become a 'you' that has purpose and meaning because Jesus will provide for you a changed life- He promised it! But you have to trust Him to change you. Stand on His promises. Jesus is the pathway to change because those who are in Christ are a new creation. Through Him you are not amended, corrected, or altered; Instead, you are anew by abiding in Christ and you are conformed to the image of Jesus.
